This man is a disgrace to the force and should be forced to publicly apologize before he's fired. He and the dept should be held financially liable for putting the patient in the ambulance's life in jeopardy. Oh, and one more thing-he's a racist and stupid--that's not a good combination!

Good Lord! This COP goes from zero to foaming-at-the-mouth in about 2 seconds!

Then he starts freaking out about "hand gestures" and concerned people trying to talk sense into his dense, empty head.
Consider the context - EMT, lights on, sick patient, destination hospital, host of witnesses singing the same song about the emergency... and this clown is worried about issuing a teeakeat, which translated into English, is a traffic ticket.
