3 of us took the local train, wooden seats and open windows so we could film out the windows. (Soft seats 17,000Dong 85cents were in the next carriage but windows sealed and dirty so we wouldnt have been able to film out of them)
the fare cost us 10,000Dong thats right 50cents but we couldve gone all the way to Hue (4.5 hrs) for 25,000Dong $1.25 including meal but we chose to get off at Lang Co which is the first stop after the Hai Van Pass. We then walked across the bridge into town approx 500mtrs ate a delicious seafood lunch 150,000Dong $7.50 for 3 people and then waved down a taxi and he took us back to Danang. 6 of us repeated the journey and this time we had seafood rice soup which was chock full of prawns and oysters plus beers all round for a total 120,000Dong $6 thats right a beer and 2 bowls of soup each for only $1 per head!

@vtah91 I just subscribed to your channel, I am back in HCMC now after a very cold week in Danang which is usually warm at this time of year but this time it was very cold and wet, not good for riding motorbikes over the Hai Van Pass. I even had to wear a leather jkt on my motorbike when normally I wear only a tshirt.
