Speaking at the Council on Foreign Relations on July 8, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was unclear on whether or not he will extend a ten-month moratorium on settlement expansion in the West Bank beyond the September deadline. When asked, he said: "I think we've done enough. Let's go on with talks."

  • if Israel wanted to make peace it would do the minimum to try them, Netanyahu is an admitted zionist and considered extreme even inside Israel...You cannot have peace talks without a cease fire, the morotoriam on settlements is essentially a cease fire that is the most elementary of requirements that must be met. To abjure the peace process is to make a mockery of the peace process

  • I don't want to tell Israel what to do. I also don't want to pay for it.

Not one American dollar, not one American life for Israel.
