@BRETZERR oh yea i didnt notice - i see many of ur lifts with 1RM are close to failure so each time i cross fingers ha ha =P

Thanks - yeah, I must be getting close anyway. 370 lbs is the goal, since I have already done 365 lbs before. We'll see....

Nice! So far no sign of burnout. Once a week seems to be the way to go with this type of training.
