Everything was sore from hitting deadlifts and rows yesterday (this workout is from Sep 28th)...so I was happy to complete the workout.

All of the sets were challenging. I was very happy to push through my bonus set with 350 lbs after all those singles. Should mean more good things to come.

Here's the workout:

135 lbs x 5
225 lbs x 2
315 lbs x 1
335 lbs x 5 sets of singles
340 lbs x 1
350 lbs x 1

    Why do you keep asking me this question? There are spot racks in place at all time with all lifts that I do. So, I am always covered...

  • Nice! So far no sign of burnout. Once a week seems to be the way to go with this type of training.

  • @BRETZERR oh yea i didnt notice - i see many of ur lifts with 1RM are close to failure so each time i cross fingers ha ha =P

    Thanks - yeah, I must be getting close anyway. 370 lbs is the goal, since I have already done 365 lbs before.  We'll see....
