Twisted Thoughts & Positive Thoughts

We all have bad days. We go through instances where we might not want to be here anymore. That this world might just be better off without us. Or just get away from it all. I look at my problems thinking its going to affect me months or years down the road. I have this mentality where I think it's just going to keep happening and theirs not much one can do to fix it. So I get depressed and shut myself down. I alienate myself from the rest of the world. We all get past it though, without realizing it because we're so caught up in the moment that everything else becomes irrelevant. Most notice things after it happens. I notice them in the moment. And I always told myself whenever I was in a tough situation that this was only a moment. I'd get past it. Having this new mentality made me more positive about things. And this video above symbolizes that. I come into the room angry about something. Put on my head phones and just lay there with all these negative thoughts going through my head the whole song. Once the song ended to something more spirit lifting all these cherished memories come to mind. Switching my thinking from "twisted to positive" the video ends. But normally after I get up I'm past whatever I was angry about. It was just a moment
