I'm excited to follow this playthrough - I never finished FFXII, lack of gaming time conspiring with my refusal to use any guides or outside help. Eventually I lost the thread of what I was doing amid the many sidequests and put it down. But hopefully your videos and BP's comments will shed some new light on this game for me.

And don't worry about particulars - as hard as some LPers work to plan everything out and edit carefully, it's also nice to see a more "organic" run-through as well.

I have a simple question...

is there any difference between the original japanese version and this patched English version? I mean, the treasure chest for example, they all have the same items and all that? they're arranged on the same way? 'cause i've heard that the spawn rate (for example) is different in the English patched version from the japanese version...
