KATE BURTON RETURNS TO GREY'S ANATOMY

Kate Burton isn't sad like the rest of America who have to wait a full summer for the next season of Grey's Anatomy. Playing the mother of surgical intern Meredith Grey was challenging for Kate and she vows to return next year. "No I'm gonna be on it next year. I was a little exhausted by the fire. I was like, 'oy vey what more can happen!' It's been an amazing experience Grey's Anatomy. I'm very happy to have done it. I had no idea, none of us had any idea it would be what it is. It's actually a very interesting part. I had a good time." I miss her on the show, her character and her performance makes that show that much more intense... I wonder if she'll still be on the show in some flashbacks soon...
