  • The potatoes were store in water to stop oxidization before they were assembled, they potatoes only cooking time is when they go into the oven. don't soak the potatoes in cream. this isnt my video, just my professional opinion.

  • @errington420 I soaked the potatoes in water and then i cooked them a little in the cream then assembled the gratin. then i baked it but i forgot to take a picture of the final plating so i had to make another for the final picture. I also pressed the potatoes after they baked so they would be compressed. Then I added the grated cheese and panko.

  • so, were the potatoes cooked then covered with cheeeez or just soaked in the cream? the end product looks heavenly, this is by far THE best u tube channel, ever.
