Pain control exercise for patients suffereing from a "stable" spondylolisthesis of L4 or L5. We are several Physical Therapist and Chiropractor using this simple exercise on our patients with a fairly good success. We have created a series of condition specific exercises using the DocuRehab system which are cycled in front of patient with specific needs; those exercise are droped and dragged in their folder; we can follow the outcome with a greater reliability over a several months to years period.
you can also do this with you feet on the ground, therefore less stress on your back

I will also be trying this exercise as well! I have been doing exercises before bed rehab wise. Theroband round the knees while doing a glute bridge, theroband "clamshell" (laying on side, band around knees while bent, lift knee while keeping the feet in contact with eachother) and finishing with superman contractions (lying face down, arms out overhead, bring both legs and arms off the ground while contracting the glutes, hams, and erector spinae.) Apparently there some atrophy in that area.
