Great stuff man, just started a Boot camp class at HRC in NYC, they use similar moves to this. So when I cant make it to class I just use this video, and its always even more intense then the class.

@carzyscenctist it dosent matter how many reps or sets u do as many as you can in the 45-50 second window then restfor 10-15 seconds.
