hey i just got eonon e1012 and i took it 2 the shop 2 gett hooked up. everything was working fine. until i started playing with the remote. some how i disability the touch screen feature. everything works but it dont do anything when i touch the screen i have to keep using the remote. i tried resetting it but it still dont work can you help me

Hit the reset button on the front panel..

Calibration touch screen method:

Under DVD mode--- insert a disc---- read the disc for seconds----then press the STOP-->ZOOM-->UP-->DOWN buttons on the remote control----after that the center of the screen will show an icon "+"--------press all the "+" icons till the screen show OK-----finish.

This should correct your problem. If not contact your sales rep to have it repaired.

Hi, my Eonon E1012 works great, but there is one thing that bothers me with it. The USB port seems to not be able to read my MP4 player as well as thumb drives. Also, the SD port only reads 50% of the 2GB SD card and there is only 1GB of music on it... Do you have any idea why that is happening and what I can do to fix it? Thanks!

Eonon quality is not good!

Radio reception is weak, no radio filters/amplifiers built in, poor quality.

Video display refresh rate is low, poor quality.

the size of the items is slightly larger that standard 1 DIN and 2 DIN space, so i had to literary carve out 0.5mm of plastic to fit it.

I would not recommend it!

I bought this off ebay for 200. When I first hooked it up the dvd player worked fine. Switch to cd or mp3 I got distortion and sound faded in & out. Switch it to radio & I got nothing. The equalizer is moving but no static or anything. Go back to dvd and its fine. The company I bought it from has crappy service and took their time emailing me back. I reinstalled it & this time had no sound in all 3 sources except a lil on the right speaker with distortion. I still cant get it to work. Bad item.

had this unit in my car for the past 6 months luv it! the only thing i found that is wrong wit it is 1. either the mic supplied doesnt work when i answer a call on my iphone through it as i can hear them but they cant hear me and 2. it doesnt support my car's steering wheel controls. otherwise quite happy with the unit.

i would like to say that i have had two of these and they both broke they are very good for the money but there is no sub control just base. the custromer service with eonon i found to be really bad i wouldnt say buy it spend a little more and get a better name.
