This performance was just fine. complaining about a couple notes that weren't perfect is kinda like getting a Mustang for your 16th Birthday and crying because you didn't get a Porsche. An amazing and exhilarating experience for those of us who were lucky enough to be there and on the ball enough to know the Stones songbook. I thought for SURE Suzy G was the set closer and this was just the setbreak music until Treys guitar kicked in. Then I jumped ten feet straight int he air.

@ jim... cool, ymmv bro, i'm definitely NOT in the school of criticizing every flub- thats why i listen exclusively to live music. imo listen to studio shit if you want perfect execution. if it moves you to queue up repeated listenings at loud volumes= 'nailed it'
But totally agree on how effin clueless some of these cats look as to what song is going down lol

@hnvoight indeed awesome that they covered it and a fun version however definitely not "nailed"... as trey has a bit of trouble with the bridge starting at 2:58... all good and a great time go phish, but let's not carried away. also tall dude who's too cool for school in the shades has no idea what song this is.

Also in CA thoroughly rocked out all weekend on couch tour, agreed MM was a great choice to break out and they nailed it!
however, my vote for set of the weekend and year! goes to 7.3. set I !!!

I was listening from my couch in CA. My favorite set of the weekend. Thought the set (already my favorite of the weekend) was over and then BOOM. One of my most loved Stones songs ever. I was jumping around in my underwear with my girlfriend listening to this. Really good version. Thanks to Phish for sharing it for free last Sat and thanks to nevaklass for posting. Awesome.
