if you think on using a wal mart money card, that can be a bad idea, the people who activate the card have no idea what they are doing, they blocked my card and a can't use my money after i had it in my hands, it's been 3 weeks and now I can't pay the bills I intended on paying with the card and the solution they give me is that they can't do nothing..... so beware of the trap
