Boxe reflex bag (punching ball)

Hi guys, this is one of my first training with a reflex bag. I'm waiting for your advice. Be cool with me :D, i'm just trying to boxe. It's just a kiddy bag, so I can't hit it quickly or hardly !

work up the punch power and speed if you didnt know as harder you hit it as faster it will come back
