@JETZcorp Interestingly, now that I'm in college and our school uses SolidWorks, I'm finding that I really miss this stuff. I spent a long time trying to figure out how to make sprockets in SW, and eventually realized I just had to make the things myself... I think. Either way, it ate up a lot of time and the resulting part was inferior to what I made last year in Inventor.
Nice video I can see that they have some standard and supplier content parts for Inventor 2010 you can also get some when you go in PARTcommunity. Search it in the web it is woth it
I'm just starting to learn how to use this feature in my Mechanical Design class in the 2008 version. I can't ask my teacher for help with it, because I know more than she does, now! I love how quickly the DA makes roller chains, it's just brilliant. Spur Gears gave me a bit more trouble, though. It looks like they've improved it for 2010, though.
