Although many people notice the results extremely quickly, there are people who can take a few months to become aware of the difference. One woman I spoke to thought that the Vitality product had made no difference, but she astounded herself and others by a major physical feat at age 68. Some people need to discover themselves doing something that was formerly impossible before they realise they've benefited.

So my advice, whether people notice or not, is to stay on it. For me - miraculous.

I am not a distributor yet so this is coming from someone who has tried the product first and all I can say is.....WOW. This is my 5th day on it. I started noticing on day 3 I was waking up refreshed and with a very clean energy. Honestly I have drank the rockstars and monsters and some other energy drinks. It is like having a generic energy with taking those products not a natural clean energy. I feel a little bit more each day to. As they say anything truly good for you takes a little time.
