Bill is one of the nicest people I've ever met in my 54 years of life. We needed someone to help us buy our first home, and he came to us through an agency. His knowledge of the area is outstanding. But it was his genuine interest in helping us, and his nice-guy personality that made him stand out in our minds. I've recommended him to others that I work with, and will continue to recommend him. He is a GREAT guy, funny, knowledgable, and friendly.

Bill was extremely helpful as I went through the process of selling my home. He always took time to answer my questions without making me feel as if he was too busy or in a hurry. He was so great to work with, that we asked him to sell my mom's house as well. He is honest and funny and very knowledgeable.

Bill was our realtor. Buying your first house can be a daunting task but Bill made everything so easy. He went above and beyond, roughing the traffic so we could see homes almost every night at 5:30 for 2 weeks. He showed us homes all weekend and found us homes on his own that fit our criteria and price range. We ended up buying the perfect house for us in about a month. I am recommending Bill to all of my friends. He is honest and hard working!
