Recipe-
2 packages frozen spinach
2 packages frozen artichoke hearts
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 lemon
1/2 cup non fat chobani greek yogurt
salt/pepper
blend
feta cheese
and udi's bread crumbs
350 degrees for 30 mins

I might have to call BS on that. I'm starting to get the feeling that you buy stuff and claim that companies send you stuff to make you look like you actually make decent videos and attract an audience substantial enough to market their products.
