  • @dimatsay Hola dimastay, pudieras informarme sobre como adquiriste la maquina aqui en México? Estoy interesado en conseguir una... si fueras tan amable de contactarme: etrujillo87@gmail.com. Gracias.

  • THOSE ROLLS SUCK!

  • This video really shows how bad a westernized sushi restaurant can get. A professional sushi chef could make the same roll in less time and with less effort. Also, quick tip, when using avocados, try to keep them from browning and also use an unwrapped bamboo mat if you are already using cling wrap.

  • @SantaBarbaraDianne I'm watching that movie right now and I really need to know where to get one of those. Any idea what they're called?

  • that just ruins the art of sushi

  • man I would be making all kinds of home made sushi like steak.

  • thats like an expensive ass joint roller

  • machine can be bought but talents are priceless..

  • ok...is this machine can be faster ? because this is really slow. I can make that kind of roll in 15sec with my hands and they all look pretty good. It seem to do good looking sushi... But is it really worth the money ? i dont think so, maybe if i can see one in real life.

  • To "restaurantinochi" At my work place ( not sushi bar), we made suhi rolls for Mexico by using Suzumo Rice Sheet Maker, not this kind of machine, but very similar. In my personal opinion: 1) It's reliable. We did about 1500-2000 rolls every day without problem 2) Probably will help. Depends of size of sushi bar. I cannot say exactly. Looks like from video they used it for Sushi bar.

    Good luck.
