Lie 4 .Turkey made a lot of successfull reforms and its laws are completely compatible with EU legislations and its human rights are up to EU standarts.

EU commissioners acknowledged this and thats why they started ACCESSION talks to EU.

Otherwise they would have refused it. Turkey even recognises individual petition right to European Court of Human Rights,which means, anyone who thinks his rights are violated in Turkey can appeal to ECHR, and ECHRs decisions are binding for Turkey
