The Kingdom of Jerusalem was a Christian kingdom established in the Levant in 1099 after the First Crusade. It lasted nearly two hundred years, from 1099 until 1291 when the last remaining possession, Acre, was destroyed by the Mamluks.

In 969 the Ismaili Shi'a Fatimid dynasty from Tunisia conquered Egypt and established its capital at Cairo. you must be kiding me . Crusiders couldn't invade Egypt . the egyptians took a lot  of prisoners . and the egyptians save the middle east of the danger of invasion. so check your history teacher .

@KingMas88 that's not true Frederik Barbarossa brought with him an army that took three days to pass a single spot at least thet's what's to be believed from contemporary sources some say he had an army of 100000 som said 150000 and some said 80000 thousand. he never really reached his destination because he drowned. some of his men came to palestine but not the majority. most returned home disgruntled. and btw not all battles were won by the muslims in saladins time for example montgisard?
