Week 1 - Two words about this workout; Stretch and BURN! I used my Polar F6 Heart Rate Monitor (bad example of a workout though since there was no cardio). Despite the burning squats and lunges for the most part a relaxing, stretching workout! Definitely a benefit to see myself in these recordings -- lots of areas to correct form like in "Table Top" and some other moves. I love stretching those hamstrings, I have always had tight hams!

  • im doin insanity as well..wish i knew how to edit videos so i can chop them up. because the session r to long to post str8 up. n not havin a MAC makes it diff ing for edit(i think)=(

  • @luiscofresi Thank you. I have been off my knee as per doctor for a few weeks. I also started a new glucosmine supplement called Cosamine DS.. so far I think it is helping.. will be attempting to return very soon -- tomorrow maybe??

  • @eurcynia thats good! Insanity can bring some pain to your joiunts because of the continuous repitions of you do with your legs, the jumpin jacks, high knees, etc. i got to buy a mat that i can use to absorb more of the shock when i land. its great to see your taking initiative to get in shape and stay healthy. You dont rely on others to keep you going. Self Motivation is where its at.. Well hope we keep in touch..id like to add u as my friend on here..til next time..bye
