@siasabora hahaha, these useless people at KPLC never run out of excuses, when there is drought, they blame low capacity of water at the dams. now we have had water u'd think electricity would be plenty lakini wapi, they blame vandalism. why dont they just come out n say they are not upto the job.

Xcuses: Figure out how to protect the transformers...must we have the transformers? ask the engineers to come with an alternative!
