Playmakers S01E01 Game Day 1 of 5

The Cougars are 2-3 and it's six hours to kick-off. Leon Taylor, back from injured reserve, plans to retake the running back throne from Demetrius Harris. "D.H." will not slow down for anyone. Eric Olczyk can't get over his hit that paralyzed a player and Coach George is depending on a psychiatrist to get Olczyk's head back in the game. Fresh from a night of partying, DH and his teammate Kelvin "Buffalo" James are late heading to the stadium. At game time, it's unclear who will take the field.

This was probably the best show i have ever seen on t.v. The NFL pretty much bullied ESPN into taking this off of the air because they knew it would cause negative attention.

This show really did portray realistic situations. It's a shame we don't have more of this on t.v. instead of the fake ass "reality" shows that air now a days.

I really miss watching this show.. I use to look forward to watching every episode, it sucks that the NFL fought to get this show ripped off the air

KInd of a cheap poorly done show but no doubt they got to the NFL with some of the issues they brought out. I believe this show to be true 100%

Not familiar with this show but I was talking to my coach about it and he was describing an episode where they were playing a game in a parking lot of a club or something, anyone know that one ?

this show was sick, wish it would ran for a few seasons... but the NFL cant let ESPN show the league in a bad light... its not like NFL playersreally do things like use steroids, carry guns,are involved in murders and rape, selling drugs or get fines for j walking
