My very favorite food in the morning is hot cooked oatmeal. A nutritious meal in a bowl by adding dried fruits, nuts, fresh fruit, cinnamon, flax seed and skim milk. Great start to my daily bike ride. www.ByCycleTrips.blogspot.com
