  • What I love about Anime is people are very connected and apprehensive toward each others sufferings. In real life you suffer alone, and no body really understands. Satou and I are identical in a lot of ways, but he's got one thing on me... he has two wonderful girls in his life who are able to connect with him. I guess I'm saying I wish I had people like that in my life. None of my friends are deep enough to understand me.

  • This is meth. A fucket up, perverted, yet amazing type of meth.

    Anime is a helluvadrug

  • @SatouHikikomori I can assure you, there is definitely someone who can understand, you just don't see that person yet. They could be there the whole time, waiting... But you refuse them.

  • I read a lot of comments how they would never become like the "pathetic" main character. I only got one thing to say, NEETs and hikikomoris aren't that much different from us. We all got a darkness we sometimes aren't capable of handling. But we go through life dealing it through our own ways. I don't call that pathetic, I call that strength.

  • @SatouHikikomori I think that whether you have friends or not to support/connect with you, you would need your own strength to be able to bear or fight the darkness.

  • LOL u see the top comments? first one is all nice and sort of deep....2nd comment is all fucked up and doing crack cocaine

  • ITS ALL CONSPIRACY

  • 2.48 Damn! Why it never happened to me!

  • @naevan1 Yeah, it seems weird that he smokes to me. It just doesn't seem like he's the type of person who would do that. I think he just has a very addictive personality. He seems to go a little crazy whenever he finds something he likes. Like how he went overboard with saving those pictures online or when he bought all that otaku stuff when shopping with Yamazaki. He might do that to get it out of his system. You can't really do that with a substance that permanently affects your brain, though.

  • @bONz08r0nzan No,I was kinda like him 2 years ago or so ^^ Except for the fact that I didnt smoke.

  • @naevan1 I don't think the point of the character of Satou was that we were supposed to idealize him. He's rarely shown being happy and only occasionally shown being content. They gave him so many negative traits so that even the most depraved and anti-social of viewers could relate to him. People who don't act anything like him can pity him and feel superior (this seems to be the stance you've taken). People in the middle can think "Well, I'm kinda like him, but at least I'm not THAT bad!".

  • @naevan1 To be quite honest the only thing that would prevent me from becoming a neet is the guilt. I'm guessing I'm not as motivated as you. Studying? Hah! I strive to pass my classes with as little effort as possible. Not studying like hell, procrastinating like hell. When I enter the work force I'll probably try to get night shifts. Less time spent having to deal with people.
