How to 3d track a shot in Boujou 5 and how to recreate your real 3D environment in Adobe After Effects exporting some null objects properly. This allows you to track the real 3D environment of your original footage and create great 3d perspective illusions and visual effects (vfx).

This video is the first one of a tutorial divided into 3 parts; the 2 next ones are about how to track shapes in Mocha to export them into AE in order to use them as Alpha Inverted Mattes, and for the last one: how to draw nice flourish design elements in Adobe Illustrator so that our shot will look like a professional one.

  • Jw, about importing your footage into Boujou, does it have to be a JPEG sequence? Could it be a PNG sequence (better quality)?
