@redplaguethe3rd That's Miyako Matsumoto. The move with goggles is the Pearl Harbor splash, a trademark move of Jun Kasai, that apparently is Miyako's idol. During post match Jun accept to team with her at Golden Ribbon for Ice Ribbon's tag team titles in a 3way. You can find this match in my channel.
