Myles ~ Super Mario 64 - Accelerating Metal Cap

Super Mario 64, Nintendo 64.

Background:

This video was recorded on May 6th 2007. I discovered Accelerating Metal Cap by accident.

I jumped into the cap box as usual, but didn't collect the cap and observed how quickly it went down the slope. Then I jumped into the cap box again after it reappeared, and this time I followed the cap to see how far it would go before expiring. When I realized that the cap traveled all the way to the water, I decided this discovery was worthy of a video.

Or on second thoughts, i think Klepto grabbed his cap, he smacked klepto, and then walked slowly to the cap. and got the wing cap after. i might be mistaken but i'm sure its possible. 100%

I do believe there is a wing cap glitch that my friend once pulled off.. in the desert level with the four pillars and the hands boss.

Basically its like the metal cap in hand glitch you did, only its the wing cap.

He hit the wing cap box at the side of the map with the oasis, and then slowly (very slowly) walked towards the wing cap that was moving in whatever direction. the animation where mario puts the cap on happens multiple times but in the end up he doesnt bother to put it on his head
