MW2: Crazy Glitched Throwing Knife KillCam

I was playing some Search and Destroy on Favela with some of my friends and was sniping. I get a brutal hardscope on the first kill (It was my first match of the day), and then i hear the second guy and throw a throwing knife at the window killing him in the process. Then on the killcam it shows a strange spectator view going from the Car to the widow and going through the building. Was really strange and never had that happen to me. Maybe it was just the placement of me and the other guy and it glitched the coding. Anyone had that happen to them?
