She's saying the following helps: 1. oil 2. massaging 3. egg (yolk, I'm guessing) and yogurt mix, amount depending on length of hair 4. henna 5. henna and egg mix 6. after oiling, wrap hot towel and leave for 5 mins and repeat 7. avoid gels and coloring hair 8. squeeze lemon juice into water and wash hair with that (for shine) 9. always condition after shampoo 10. avoid getting products onto scalp Hope that helps for those that don't speak Hindi/Urdu.

GOD!!! she is hindu, she is saying that you should apply oil in your hair, shouldnt use that many chemicals on yr scalp, she has permanantly straightned her hair, if u cnt go to the spa then oil your hair and dip a big towel in hot water and rap your hair init, when she was young she use to apply henna on her hair, and she use to mix egg and yougurt and apply it on her hair!!!
