This was my first time training indoors in over 12 years. It was different training in a corporate gym with air conditioning, four walls, clean weights, etc. My old workout buddies would call me spoiled. Nevertheless, it is nice to work out with bars that are not crooked.

This video was taken at the Gold's Gym in downtown Austin.
