Dynasty: The Reunion Cast on Good Morning America

http://tvseriesfinale.com Popular primetime soap Dynasty ended in May 1989, leaving a number of cliffhangers. Blake, Krystal, Alexis and most of the rest of the cast returned in October 1991 to tie up the loose ends for fans. Dynasty: The Reunion didn't do very well but it was welcome closure. Here's a feature spot from Good Morning America on the reunion movie.

It's interesting that according to Joan Collins, Dex is supposed to be dead (something which wasn't said clearly in the Reunion).

I seem to recall that Alexis, in talking about her fall, said something about "Poor Dex didn't fare as well." She might have mentioned that she landed on him but I'm not sure. Yech! ;-)

i would have liked to see Diahann Carroll in the reunion, she contributed quite a bit to the show with Dominique Deveraux but I understand she refused to be involved in any future Dynasty projects because they wouldnt pay her what she was asking for.

Best show ever!!! Dynasty motivated me to learn English as I grew up in Europe. I would love to see them come back!

Amen to that...and you're right, she did say that and i don't blame her...you think john, joan & linda came back for chump change? puh-leeze chile... they needed dominique on that god awful reunion...and sable too...they didn't even acknowledge what happen to her or her (and dex's) baby... crying shame this special flopped so poorly, cause it would have been nice if they had done a few more...sadly now w/ Mr. Forsthye gone, it'll never be again....

Brendan Frasier often reminds me of John James. I grew up with 'Dynasty'. It was a favorite of my family. As a little girl I had a crush on John James. 'Dynasty' wasn't as popular in Holland as 'Dallas' though, most people we knew preferred 'Dallas', but I always liked 'Dynasty' better.
