  • That's a dutch 1200 type train, in a brittish movie xD

  • @pantha1444

Bought that train plus many cars in Europe in 1969. Anachronisms and absurdity are ok on You Tube?

  • In CA, you actually aren't required by law to render assistance if you witness an accident.

  • You are right. Apparently, when you witness something, it's up to you to decide whether to get involved. However, if you are a driver involved in the accident CA VC 20003 requires "reasonable assistance" which may include transporting the victim to an appropriate destination for help "if necessary or if requested by an injured person." In my video, if the victim asks for a ride, I have to do drag that blood- soaked carcass into my pristine new Lexus and take him someplace for help. Hmm.

  • Thanks, I'll remember this when I do my driving test.

In case it comes up on the verbal exam, which is more likely to step out from the pavement suddenly at an intersection - a lizard or a freight train?

  • As I understand it, according to recent theories in modern quantum physics, either one of those outcomes is possible at some point in time. Be prepared to deal with both situations.

  • I saw this video in my Driver's Ed class in school, that was so random when the train hit the guy behind him on the road.
