Truman's decision was an act of terror because the Japanese were already defeated and wanted a conditional surrender which were much better peace terms than were offered by North Veitnam or North Korea to the US government which only asks for uncondtional surrender when the enemy is already defeated and dropping the atom bomb on innocent children and babies when the japanese were already defeated, is an act of terror
