  • What I can add abot B1 visa is that in actual practice this is granted only for a period of entry necessary to conduct his or her business. Thus, these are meant only for short time and last for just three months. The solution is ideal for short term stay.

  • One major problem I see in getting a visa is that it is hard to establish the consular that I am not going to be a permanent emigrant. In fact the totalitarian power vested in the Consular officers places him to deny the rightful visa to anyone if he is not convinced.

  • @dvidjn However, the person who's Visa Application has been rejected for he was not able to prove or provide enough evidence to show that he would come back to his native country in all circumstances can re-apply. In his application or rather the re-application he will have to show that circumstances have changed dramatically and he is now able to show that he in all probabilities will come back to his native country and thus, the Visa should be issue to him.

  • How can it be established to the Consular OFficer that I am not going to emigrate to the USA and in all circumstances come back to my native country is a major question which determines whether someone will get a Visa for USA or not. Once denied, the applicant ask for legal appreciation.
