i got paper towns for christmas and decided to read it before the fault in our stars shipped. i read paper towns in 13 days because i couldn't stop reading and now i will have the fault in our stars to entertain my thoughts as i try to imagine the characters more complexly.

damn. when the video ended i had to shake myself back out of my mind where i could see the bedroom scene played out in my mind so vividly.i don't suppose you recorded an audio book? and if you did i don't suppose it would be safe for me to listen to while driving.DFTBA

This is probably my favourite book of all time. And that's saying something because I have about ten billion NEARLY favourite books of all time that didn't make the cut.

How should I get my library to get even one John Green book? The shelves are full of these "OMG-there-is-the-most-popular
-guy-and-he-likes-me-but-I-don 't-get-it-and-I'm-totally-an-i diot-and-gorgeous" books yet there are barely any Harry Potter books, no John Green, no Lord of the Rings and basically just no good books. Can you, fellow nerdfighters, please help? Should I write a letter? Should I make a complaint/request? (I had no idea where else to ask awesome people to help.. :/)

I'm a pre-service English teacher, and as I create a unit based on the concept "Imagining People Complexly" (with Paper Towns as the central text, of course), I'm realizing how awesome it will be for my students to hear the prologue read aloud by the author himself. Thanks for doing what you do and being as awesome as you are, John. It's seriously inspiring.
