  • Do you have any clips of them shoveling coal into the firebox or stoking/firecleaning?

  • If you have any spare time come down and visit us on June 21st as we have narrow Gauge in the Gardens event on

  • has anyone ever got a footplate clip on that loco

  • Yes I do but I just have not put it on youtube

  • brill loco looks powerful would love to see it working up on my railway the ratty

  • Unfortunately the gauge is 12.25 inches so it would not run on the ratty.

  • Hi Bryn,

From memory i can tell you the loco is 4' 3.5" wide 6' 3" tall and 21' 6" long over couplings. The length of the cab is i think from front to back around 2' - 2' 6".

    Regards,

    Michael

  • I have a meeting that weekend - shame - I would have loved to have come down. Do you think you could take some platform footage of fireman stoking and some cab activity? Do you have any idea how wide the loco is and the length of the cab?

    Bryn

  • i would love to see that one day.

  • It was the BBC
