6.) And for all you fans who hate NFL Players, but swoon when you see a NFL Owner or Roger Goodell. Understand this, Roger was brought in because of his political connections. He acts as a buffer between the political world and the business world (the NFL). Research HOW some of these Owners or there fathers, or even there grandfathers “earned” there money. 5.) Did Ed and all other college players who sign that contract have a lawyer present to explain to them what they are giving away, better yet “pissing away” by signing that contract? And now the NFL is going to help the NCAA continue this travesty by suspending players who were not even on a NFL payroll at the time of the infraction. I hope you free trade loyalist wake up. If free trade is good for rich white guys. It should be good for poor and lower middle class black, white, etc.

4.) Funny how Capitalism is very much american when it’s rich guys participating in it. Boone Pickens stated on ESPN that he did not agree with paying athletes. Mr. “Free Trade Unbridled Capitalism” Boone Pickens said this. Really? I say if you are an athlete in college. Take ALL you can get. Can you imagine signing a contract which states you CAN NEVER PROFIT from your likeness? Ask Ed O’Bannon about that.

3.) This is an ole Boys club. One in which rich white guys are profiting handsomely off of young kids. Some of you are high RIGHT NOW. Some of you are drunk RIGHT NOW. Some of you attended a strip club LAST NIGHT. Save the bullshit. If you are an athlete pulling in millions for a bunch of 40, 50, 60, etc, year old men. Why in the hell should you NOT have a slice?

2.) In College Football YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE. Your pay (scholarship) is contingent on your success. If that employer (football team) fills you are not performing your job. YOU. WILL. BE. FIRED! Tell me why in the hell should I NOT be able to sell a pin, jersey, socks, autograph, etc, when I EARNED IT? Nobody gave me that. I earned that. The fans do not get those items. Because they are NOT employed by the team.
