A paracartographic experiment in cartoclasm, one of the unMaking Maps projects by John Krygier. "The Puncture Atlas of the United States and the
New International Atlas" applies a drill to an atlas of the world, guided by a map (on the book jacket) of places where the author has lived. This act of creative vandalism relates, in a wholesomely random manner, one map of places to others in the atlas. This experimental atlas is inspired by psychogeography.
