Are Mormons Christians?

Different Jesus? How much do Mormons know about their own religion? Altho this man was a "non-practicing" Mormon... Earlier in the conversation, he said he didn't believe in God. Interesting Street Witnessing! Note: Wish the end had been clearer... Should have RE-stated: Jesus' atoning blood could not have been shed at Gethsemane, because the sacrifice had to DIE to atone. Jesus did not die at Gethsemane; He died on the CROSS. Of course the Bigger issue is WHO Jesus is; the "Jesus" of Mormonism is clearly NOT the same Jesus as the Jesus of the Bible.

@motherjerker Im sure that there are non-mormons who would call mormons christian, but that non-mormon could not his or herself be a christian, they would have to be someone who knows nothing about Christianity.
