The university should NOT "HAVE TO" refund any tuition whatsoever. Common sense is indeed rare in the world of academia and if the graduates didn't have enough sense to cut out early then why should anyone have to pay for their mistakes. -_-*

Well this whole thing goes to show that in the world of academia common sense is indeed very rare. If the university cannot provide a decent graduation ceremony they should refund all the tution those students paid during the course of their time there.
