i think i m a bit confused about the milk being used here! is it pasteurized milk or the raw one?

Thans for the comment. To clear the confusion, raw milk should be boiled and then cooled till luke warm temp. For pasteurized milk, warm the milk and then let it cool till lukewarm temp. Do not boil the pasteurized milk.

Last week after watching your video I tried to make Yogurt at home (first time in my life )& it came excellent . Since then I have tried 3 times - every time it came good .
