Thanks for the video it help alot. I changed my reg mirror to telescope mirror's and looks and easier to tow my trailer. (2000) Ford Excursion

this vid really helped me, thank you thank you thank you..!!! i was hella intimidated because if you pry on something, not knowing how it is held together, well you run the risk of breaking a little clip or hanger... so I assembled all the tools stated, plus a few dozen extras (which i didn't really need:) and went out to the truck, and did it..! did it right the first time, yeah! job went like a breeze, with one exception.... the little reflector was brittle and the tiny clip broke:(

I tell you what. Ford had there head up there ass when they designed this. I'm surprised I don't have to remove the freakin motor, gas tank and transmission too. Thanks for the upload. Now it's time for me to remove the mirror.
