Nigerian President Umaru Yar'Adua has agreed to drop felony charges against Okah, who is the suspected leader of the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND), after he accepted the government's "unconditional" amnesty. This comes just a day after the group attacked an oil tanker facility close to the commercial capital of Lagos.
