I love this vid. I think this is possible because it's motorcycles. I've been to a large motorcycle event in the US where 10,000 cycles need to exit a large lot, and it goes much
like this, smoothly, and quickly. Cars take up so much space that it'd have taken three hours to get out of that lot, and it took 10 minutes with just bikes.

I saw two scooters have an accident in Hanoi. The police officer yelled at both of them and since neither of them were injured and the scooters weren't badly damaged, more or less told them to drive away.

I've been there and I've never seen another place with traffic like HCMC. Traffic in China is a distant second.
