Inspired by old world traditions in bread making and quality service, New Yorks Damascus Bakeries opened its community bakery in 1930 with Americas Original Pita Bread. Now 80 years and three generations later, our dedication to providing delicious bread solutions to both the retail and food service environment continues to tantalize taste buds nationwide.

Damascus flat breads are found in some of the most discerning restaurants, institutions, convenience stores and supermarkets. Focusing on taste, we blend old world tradition with new age technology, offering a sensory experience in our full line of savory, healthy breads including Pitas, Lahvash Wraps, Panini, Roll-ups, and other gourmet Flat Breads.

Today Marisol from Damascus Bakeries is showing me how to cook Healthy Diet: Banana Wraps with Honey, Chocolate, and Marshmallow with Flat Breads! Mix up those "sandwich blues" with this soft, thin Middle Eastern bread. Baked to perfection in old-world pita bread ovens, our lahvash wraps allow you to punch up any entree, dessert or snack. Give a twist to your favorite sandwich, pizza, or sushi roll, or fry it up with some sugar and spice. Tap your creative juices and surprise the senses. Wheat Bread Good For You!!

1 Damascus Bakeries fat free honey wheat wrap
1 banana, sliced
1 tsp of Marshmallows
1 tsp of granola clusters
1 tsp of chocolate chips
1 tsp of honey
1 tsp of condensed milk
A bit of cinnamon powder

Lay flat the Damascus fat free honey wheat wrap. Add banana slices, marshmallows, granola clusters, chocolate chips, honey, condensed milk, and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top of the wrap. Wrap it up. Cut it in two pieces. Dazzle with more condensed milk. Enjoy!

your voice is awesome and I like .

  • This looks amazing! And I'm suddenly very hungry.

  • Yes, this treat looks very tasty for an occasional carbohydrate binge. For those of us who are cutting down on grains ... I make all my wrap recipies using the same amount of ingredients as instructed except I use only 1/2 the wrap. I make two treats or snacks out on one wrap.

  • That does look good.. but I'll be honest, I was surprised when she didn't like cook it or heat it up.. because I honestly figured, with the marshmellow and chocolate chips.. that' you'd melt it all together. A twist!

  • Yummy. The bananas and the chocolate chips are also a great filling for crepes.

  • Great recipe!! Looks so lite and tasty. Thanks for sharing
