@matsutakneatche "but these fucks think they are gods"
No, we don't... and if you weren't stuck in you preconceived notions, you might stop and actually ask us what we think, and not tell us what we think.

I really think that many of these videos which are titled provocatively are designed to promote the music . Why else would they make the music ten times as loud as the speaker to the point that you have to strain to try to hear the content?

okay I m cool with the need for humans to evolve, so we live better, im not cool with creating a slave race that wrks and caters to the elite, where your sexual desire is removed, why does man want to try and play God its playing with Fire, I not down with the posthumanism part either thats what comes after transhumanism, in otherwords a world after humans.
-
this all seems like the product of extreme insecurity to me. if you want to better yourself, why wouldn't you be proactive and say, oh i don't know, enhance your abilities through education or working out or something natural? oh ya, because you're a bunch of dorks who would rather download a patch into your brain as oppose to earning these improvements through traditional means. pathetic.

It shows you the way the world is going...Down the tube. Trans humanism is of Satan!!
-
@NikoKun suppose a group of humans desires not to embrace technology and prefer to evolve the way God meant it to be. should they be allowed to coexist with the far superior trans-humans? is there room for a 100 percent genetically pure non modified human? as i understand it those in power are hard core Darwinist so there will never be room for those that reject their agenda.
-
@mechanicalbu11, And so what if humans merge with machines? Never mind the scientific term for our species, we will STILL be "Humans", just more 'Digital'.
It's wrong to look at that advancement with fear or disgust, or as if Humans are being exterminated, because it's just not true. At MOST it can be considered an advanced part of the Evolutionary process, or at LEAST simply humans attaching tools to themselves. Nothing about it has anything to do with "killing humans".
-
@mechanicalbu11, If I decrypted that post properly.. I don't think you understand fully what transhumanism is.
Most Transhumanists don't see our future selves (future humans) as gods. And we most CERTAINLY aren't trying to eliminate human life. Quite the opposite.
It's a mistake to classify transhumanists as not human. Nothing could be further from the truth. In reality human ideals and even values, will carry over, even tho the future could seem very different..
-
@NikoKun basically we a to be exterminated like you would kill rats eating your grain. would you not be upset if rodents were eating your grain? that is the same anger those that say "we own the world" feel about us. Trans-humanism is a mean to merge human with machine and make human life obsolete. not a remnant of human life will be allowed to survive. Google "mouse pox and air born Ebola" there these are GMO's designed to kill humans.

If you build an intelligent pet, say a cat or a mouse, and this mouse becomes incredibly intelligent. Eventually, with exponential technological progression, it's intelligence greatly surpasses you. What do you think will happen? Will the pet overthrow you? Perhaps, perhaps not. Who knows?
There's a vast scientific community that greatly opposes the unknown frontiers of technology, because not knowing is almost as dangerous as "falsely" knowing.

We're becoming more and more robot-like. It's ironic how we're becoming that which we're trying to create and perfect. Something which we're trying force to mimic us, and in turn trying to mimmic it in return.
It's kind of like a conundrum.
What the heck do you mean "Transhumanist Agenda" ? O_o Like it's some sort of bad thing?
It's not an agenda, it's just the normal progression of technological advancements. It's nothing more than what humans normally do with technology. An unavoidable certainty.
