Nothing like a sledge hammer and some pined up aggression to get some demolition done.

I agree - rocket fuel decontamination or contaminated water removal would be the most expensive cost unless. Nitrogen tetroxide and hydrazine is some nasty stuff.
The remodeling cost can be expensive as well depending on the condition of the silo and how luxurious you want to make it.

52 years old and doing this shit WOOT! lol that was great. I cant beleive there is still wood inside of there tho cuz the abandoned silo me and my friend went to here in colorado off I-70 didnt have a single peice of wood in it all it was is rusted old metal everywhere with most of the lower levels being flooded with nasty mercy water almost lost a flashlight walking across the steel beams over the water.

i saw on ripley's believe it or not - about an abandoned missile silo that supposedly cost uncle sam $20million to build, was sold to some hippies for $40thousand. is this even possible?
their finished renovation looked amazing though.
am curious to see your finished project, good luck. hope you post it when it happens.

Are you doing the work all by yourself? You are one crazy/funny guy. I was laughing watching you smash those 2x4's down! I am looking forward to seeing the completed renovation to the missile sight.

More or less by myself. Neighbor kid helps out from time to time. Heavies from the gym help with the big stuff. Friends also contribute.
