This was part of an english project. Hope you guys enjoyed his story as much as I did.

The song is "Theme" by Jon Brion, off of the album he did for Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

  • i didnt understand the last quote "Happiness only real when shared"..does that mean he regrets going out alone to alaska?

  • @Eoinmoo4 Mhmm. It seemed to go against everything he'd been saying all the while through, so we used that quote to show his final turning point.

  • @Eoinmoo4 I believe it meant that although he had found a stunning place and experienced something many couldn't grasp in a life time, that it was only meaningful if you share it with friends and loved ones. The first thing you normally want to do when you discover something great /beautiful is the desire to mention it to others, to share what you found. That's how I took it.

  • echt een **** video

    !!

  • I don't think he regrets going to Alaska, but based on the movie he seemed happier while on the road, where he met new people and he got to share part of his journey with them.

  • @Eoinmoo4 What he regrets is believing that he did not need to be with people in order to be fulfilled in life. Sean Penn did an excellent job in the movie of leading the viewer to conclude that at the end of his life he realized that his family although not without faults still were a need in his life. However in truth I think we know that in his last moments Chris felt he had achieved his dream, but he never fully enjoyed it without the company of another human. A Human Truth it is.
